Written, produced and performed by Aaron Beckum in Los Angeles, Quasar County Twilight is a crackling lo-fi, indie-space-folk album that demands multiple listens on a clear starry midnight. It’s a breezy 34 minute trip down the river of space and time, through the valley of the shadow of the neon flame that leaves you floating high up in the ethereal cosmic soup.

Quasar County Twilight’s lo-tech sonic world was built out using real recordings of stellar radio frequencies (produced by Dr. Paul Francis from the Australian National University) and additional sounds from NASA archives. It was mastered by Christopher Colbert at National Freedom on warm analog equipment in western Oregon.
